COVID-19 measures implemented for your stay

In order to welcome you back in the best possible conditions and in complete safety, all the teams at Un Hôtel sur le Port have put in place preventive measures in accordance with the recommendations of the health services. Here are some of our commitments:

Arrival, stay and departure of the customer :

  • All the conditions of departure and arrival will be defined by telephone or e-mail with you; we will fix together a schedule to be respected (staggered arrival and departure times to limit the number of clients at the reception)
  • Invoices will be sent by e-mail
  • Disinfection of keys/badges and other equipment will be carried out regularly

Application of barrier gestures :

  • Floor markings to respect social distancing at reception
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel will be available at the reception desk
  • Wearing a mask is required for all traffic in the establishment

Reception :

  • Mandatory wearing of masks by staff
  • Reinforced surface cleaning protocol
  • Installation of Plexiglas protection
  • Establishment of a hygiene referent who must ensure the implementation of good practices, train all employees in the procedures and ensure the permanent supply of consumables (hydro-alcoholic gel, masks, wipes, soaps, waste bags)
  • Putting up mandatory posters in common areas

Breakfast :

  • As buffets are not allowed, continental breakfast will be served in the room or in the breakfast room, respecting the social distance.

Cleaning of rooms :

  • To protect our room staff, there will be a delay between your departure and the cleaning of the room.
  • For stays of 3 nights or more, the cleaning service is provided every 2 days. We are of course available for any request related to the cleaning of your room
