Un Hôtel sur le Port, previously called Axe Hôtel, is located near the entrance of the VieuxPort, a few streets away from the historical neighborhood, five minutes away from the La Rochelle SNCF train station, from the Aquarium, the Encan area and the town’s tourism services.
You’ll be able to park your car nearby in the underground parking space Vieux Port Sud (charged), and our closed is located near bus stops and bicycle rental spots.
Our hotel is family-run and we can’t wait to warmly welcome you in one of our comfortable and air-conditioned rooms.

Well located in La Rochelle le Vieux Port, Un Hôtel sur le Port is the ideal place to relax.
We walked all around town based on the receptionist’s recommendations. The rooms are
cozy, well decorated and very clean.

The part of town is hotel is located in is very nice, the room is very pleasant and the bed
very comfortable. Ideally located near the city center. The buffet breakfast is copious,
with a lot of choice.
